Tina Fran, Incidental 8, Teen 14, and Incidental PM22 is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants" while her production order debut is in "Squeaky Boots." She is classified as a "hotdog" type incidental.

Description[]
She is a light-pink and light red-colored fish with a candy cane-colored dorsal fin. She wears a light blue/teal outfit consisting top and a skirt. In her older appearances, she had visible cheeks, and a different dorsal fin pattern. In her even older appearances, she wore flipper slippers that usually changed colors in her other appearances and her underside had a black outline.

She is colored tannish-brown with a light tan dorsal fin and hot pink lips with flaps at the ends. She wears a white dress with a purplish-blue sash that has a yellow flower. She also wears purplish-blue shoes as well.

She is a patty monster with twisted eyes, hot pink lips, red fins, and wears a blue/teal bra.
"RobotInc" incidental[]
She is a robot clone of Incidental 8. She is colored faded red with dark red fins and lipstick. She wears her dark teal dress, has wheels for feet, and has red rectangular pupils.

Incidental 8 is a somewhat commonly used incidental character. She has had a fair amount of major/speaking roles throughout the series. She also has an "Teen“ incidental variant known as Teen 14 that makes a few appearances throughout the series. She was firstly designed to be a friend of Pearl.
