Frank (Red Shirt) or Incidental 105, also known as Fish E, is a brown fish who is a citizen of Bikini Bottom. He first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day."

He is seen at the Krusty Krab making an order to Squidward until he sees Spot exiting the kitchen with a Krabby Patty. He asks Squidward what that was and Squidward says he didn’t see it and he doesn’t care.

He is seen at Taco Sombrero with Incidental 106 and Incidental 107 where Incidental 106 takes a bite from SpongeBob's Burrito Patty and ends up squirting the beans from the burrito from the sides onto his and Incidental 107's faces.

He is seen with Sandals where he complains to him about having to flush a toilet at the Krusty Krab Stadium twice and Sandals claims that they call the stadium a modern marvel.

He appears as an actor in the "Gloves Song" film where he sneezes on Incidental 8's hand but then shows that the gloves she is wearing are avoiding her from getting sick from him.

He is seen as one of the fish on the roller coaster at Glove World! that gets eaten by Q.T.-π and later appears on the roller coaster again when everyone escapes from Q.T.-π.
