The Chrome Spray Painter has light olive colored skin and thick dark purple lips, along with a matching dark purple dorsal fin and two round white eyes. He is seen wearing a red-orange buttoned long sleeved uniform with a matching cap.

He is first seen walking up to a flower that has not been sprayed yet. He then sprays it with his chrome spray paint and leaves in his truck. He is not seen again in the series.
